Cancellation, Return and Refund policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase and we do our absolute best to get them to you in perfect condition, but we cannot guarantee this as once your package has left our premises, how they are handled is out of our control.
Should you wish to return any item to us, we will be happy to refund or replace a product subject to the following conditions:
1. If you are unhappy with an item please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods either by phone or email at info@orangegrove or 021 242 5071.
2. Before returning any goods, the customer must contact ORANGE GROVE by phone or email on 021 242 5071 or email@example.com.
3. We do not accept cancellations once your order has been handed to our courier for delivery.
4. We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns.
5. All eligible refund requests will be processed within 30 days.
6. Subject to the terms above, we are happy to refund or replace any item requested within 30 days of delivery.
We charge a standard rate of $7 for a normal delivery and $9 for a rural delivery via courier.
