Delivery Info

Below is general delivery info, however Mothers Day is on a Sunday.  Our best advice is to get your delivery sent early and we can put a note on saying only open on Mothers Day if you like.

If you wanting the gift to arrive on a date in the future - we will do our very best, just let us know when and we will hold onto to the order and send at the appropriate date. 

This can be tricky due to our reliance on couriers and there have been so many problems in the last year or two.  We all try our best though.  Sooner is better than later even if the gift arrives before the day.

Orders placed after 12 will go the next day, early morning orders will go out same day if possible.  (if ordered after 2pm or on a weekend/public holiday, the gift will be delivered the next working day or a date you have specified).

***Dispatch and Deliveries are made on weekdays only (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays)***

South Island delivery and North Island delivery: Think 2 days generally, however this is not always guaranteed if there are network disruptions such as bad weather or other circumstances beyond the couriers control.  

Non urban/Rural Allow an extra 1-3 working days

These are the standard time frames, however, sometimes delivery may be delayed by the courier due to unforeseen circumstances. There will be no refund for delivery fees if the courier delivers outside of their expected time frame.

If your parcel is showing as being 5 days or more past the expected delivery date on the tracking provided to you, please contact NZ Post with a query using your tracking number.

The tracking number will be provided to the email address of the person ordering the gifts/products when the package is picked up from us by the courier.

If the order is for delivery in Christchurch, a tracking number may not be sent as we may hand deliver or use a courier service that doesn't use tracking.  We will advise you when the gift will be dispatched for delivery though.

Can you order more than one gift box in an order?
You can order as many gifts as you like to the same address in the same order.
Please place a separate order for each gift if they are going to different addresses.
If you have a bulk lot of gifts to order, the easiest way is to email the list to us and we'll invoice you (it's much easier for you!)

Can I pick up a gift from our Christchurch location?
Yes you can!
Click and collect is free of charge and collection is from our online dispatch at 78 Shillingford Boulevard, Rolleston, Christchurch.

We prioritise click and collect orders so we try to get them ready in a couple of hours.  Collection is between the hours of 10am - 5pm 

We will send you an email letting you know when your order will be ready to be collected.

If you have provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address, the parcel may be returned to us and another shipping fee will need to be paid. If the parcel is left by the courier at the incorrect address (provided by yourself) then unfortunately, we have no way of retrieving this. If the mistake is ours, we will rectify this as soon as possible to ensure the gift arrives at the right place.

Cancellations and damages
Once an order has been picked up by the courier, it can't be cancelled as we have no way of retrieving the item back from the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged this must be reported within 24hrs. All original packaging must also be kept and photos sent to us. This is so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement.
